Old is not even close to eternal.

False religion doesn't even come close to eternal and old.

False religion is relatively new.

Christianity less than 2000 yrs.

Islam Less than 1500 yrs.

Judaism less than 5000 yrs.

Vedas are eternal and perfect.

Tell that to ISIS or the Teliban! Or that Crusader bunch a thousand years ago.

It's when you have two religions at each other's throats that begets wars and we don't just have TWO, we have dozens, Hindu's killing Buddhists, Muslims killing Christians or even those they consider not muslim ENOUGH.

Back 10,000 years ago there were no religious wars since the religions were all village level and they fought over honor, capturing women and getting bragging rights.

Now it's idealogue vs idealogue fights with every idealogue thinking THEY are THE real religion.

It would be one thing if the entire planet was say, Hindu or Christian or whatever, there would be not much in the way of religious wars but now, especially now, that is pretty much the only war going on now, with perhaps some exception in Kiev, but for the most part, all the wars right now are religious.
