ALL of the troubles forced on Man at the hand of "religion" (as some see it) can be boiled down to ONE thing. Man's lack of faith causes fundamental religious differences and enmity between the adherents of those religions. God is NOT at fault for these troubles. They can ALL be laid at the feet of Man.
But you make your mistake in claiming that, therefore, these religions are all MADE by Man. Some were, no doubt, but religion has as its basis the supernatural. It comes from God, it just gets its message mangled by Man on the way down. This is one reason why God sent His Son to earth, to make sure His message did not get garbled by Man.
