Hawai’i Pidgin version of the NT

KellyJay posted a link, http://www.biblegateway.com/versions/, that has a list of different Bible versions, including a Hawai’i Pidgin version of the NT. Here is an excerpt from Matthew. I think it is pretty special that someone would go to such lengths for a small population, and it's just one such translation. I would like to have a translation that is so "candid."

(“Emmanuel” stay mean, “God stay hea now wit us guys.” )

This is a translation for a small population for whom it is their main language, and I find it oddly moving, to read.
