@KellyJay; I read the bible,what I notice that is full of imaginations plagiarisms,and most of all violence,therefore it's not a historical proven document.You should look more closely to human history!!!.
@cosmic-energy4 saidYour impression and the scholarship about the text do not line up. I’ll take the scholarship. What does human history reveal about the biblical text? Do you think we are better than how we are defined in scripture?

@KellyJay; No offense but I think that you are brainwashed so much so that it's useless to continue this religion debate. My suggestion to you is 'OPEN YOUR MIND AND DO SOME HISTORICAL RESEARCH'.
@cosmic-energy4 saidDitto

@cosmic-energy4 saidI imagine God could see in what we would consider "the dark".
@KellyJay; Therefore god existed in darkness ?? until he said ' LET THERE BE LIGHT !! '
But what a fine first example of lighting a candle instead of cursing the dark. 😉
@cosmic-energy4 saidThere wasn’t a debate, not even a discussion; you said what you thought as though that was all it took to prove your point.

@KellyJay saidWell, in that case God didn't need to say (to Itself, presumably) "Let there be light", did It?
God is an unapproachable light He was in the process of making a universe that was apart from Himself. He spoke and it was so.
I wonder: When God was a younger deity, did It put playing cards in Its Spokes?
@KellyJay saidPeople make insupportable assertions all the time.

@KellyJay saidYeah, and my opinion is that the ancient Jews had their reasons but they were still chock-full of nonsense -- and the offshoots might have been well-intended, but please see above.
We look at the universe and everything in it, and then we start to categorize everything. Jesus, who is the Living Word, the Way, the Truth, and the Life, made everything. God spoke, saying, "Let there be light," and light was there. His very Word defines it all; we, on the other hand, look at it all and come up with opinions.
@KellyJay saidDo you happen to know who was the reporter on the scene who wrote about that?

@Arkturos saidThat is why when you think someone is making one, ask them to support it. It is no different with claims of denial, if you cannot or will not give cause when asked, your are blowing smoke nothing more.

@Arkturos saidCreating a universe He had to put everything in it that was going to be in it.
