4. Did God appoint Trump to be president of the U.S.A. [Romans 13:1] in order that he appoint three conservative judges to the supreme court?

What is the moral justification to be still torturing non-believers/the unforgiven in burning flames 3,000,000,000,000 years after they died [after 70 or so years of life] and then to be still torturing them for eternity after that? [I am not talking about God's ability to do this or His "right" to do it, I am talking about what the moral justification is]
