Complaining that a God figure isn't doing what it hasn't undertaken to do is little more than a theological strawman.

Well matter did not create itself so there must be a higher power of some sort.

I just don't think he/she/it... cares about biological life.

We step on ants without a care in the world.
Maybe God sees us the same way? 🤔
Maybe seeing your belief in a creator entity through the prism of theism is the problem for you. Maybe the creator entity neither intervenes nor communicates with us.

Your odd reaction to on-topic posts is part of this discourse. Don't post on public threads if you don't want responses.

...and I absolutely hate the MotherF***er...

Born into poverty with alcoholic parents which caused a shyt life which caused many bad decisions...

Enough about me...What about them?

The kids born to die as kids.
The kids born with diseases.

What about natural disasters?

I saw a comedy western once and a girl said "what is Parkinson's?"

The reply was..."j ...[text shortened]... t another way for God to show us he loves us"

So where is this God Power?

Not on this planet.
You blame God for the behavior of humans?

Are human beings culpable at all for their behavior or is it all God’s fault?

God caused your parents to drink too much?

You know the world is under a curse and you know who the ruler of this world is, right?

Do you know every kid who dies spends an eternity in rapturous living in Heaven away from this cursed earth and largely self-interested and selfish humans?

Has the God figure you believe exists undertaken to prevent "horrible things" from happening?
How much do you want God to interfere with human beings’ free will?

@chaney3 removed their quoted post
Yes, He has. Every horrible thing? Obviously not. But no horrible things?

Back to the thread topic.

So we seem to agree that the God figure you believe exists has not undertaken to prevent "horrible things" from happening. Maybe that's the explanation you should offer to Contentchess.
That’s one person’s opinion.

To say God has not intervened at all to prevent horrible things from happening is ludicrous.

Me? I don't think there is a creator entity that intervenes. And I don't "want" anything from one, if it exists. I think you may have misunderstood what I posted.

Yeah, that’s why He offered salvation as a gift through the sacrificial death of His Son. Because He cares so little about us 🙄

Ever hear of a thought experiment?

This is why I have posted the things I have.

God created matter.

That is all.
If you believe this to be the case, then the God you are referring to is not the Abrahamic one.
