I just wanted to say some things in defense on the porn being ordered to rooms.

Your hotel offers the porn service as a added service for the customers of the hotel. If the management thinks it's such a terrible thing then they shouldn't offer it.

The porn is legal. Who here hasn't ever seen porn?

I hope the news of porn being ordered to rooms was not broadcast to all the employees.
I think this is border line invasion of the rights of privacy laws and I think your hotel needs to be careful with this issue.
I'm not advocating porn. But I'm more for the rights of privacy in your own rented bedroom, rented hotel room, rented temporary living quarters, etc.

All monies lost to stolen and damaged property I'm sure will be reimbursed, and should have been immediately charged to their credit cards.
Clearly the leaders of this conference didn't know there guests very well and managed it very poorly. Was this the first time this group has been to your hotel with these same problems?

You yourself said there was terrible supervision of the children.
I'm assuming then that there was even worse supervision of the teens. Teens will be teens especially in groups trying to impress each other. Even christian teens with some bad parents, and good parents. And it's very possible that some, if not a lot of the porn that was ordered to rooms was were teens sneaked off and ordered the porn. Just a guess.

I really think that more of the focus of this bad behavior should be directed at this particular group, And the management group of this convention.

Agreed, it isn't fair that all christians are getting pulled into this group. Also agreed that not every person there was as bad as this group gets. Also agreed that privacy is the right of each individual thusly why I am not naming which group, or event that has happened. At least to date I haven't led anyone to date. We have access to movie tittles in case there is an instance where people have problems with the system and named the movie by name. No other reason. This information never leaves the back office.

As for lost items getting reimbursed, It is going to be extremely difficult to get reimbursed when the majority of subjects who had done the thefts paid in cash. No credit cards on file or bad credit cards were used to hold the rooms.

I also agree it isn't fair to group all christians based on one group, but it is also hard not to think the damage is done. There are good and great people in every group, Christian, non-christian, secular, and otherwise. I am sorry these folks will get pulled into such actions. While not fair, it now comes down to human nature, not religious desire to look past this.

I am sorry for all involved that such a horrible experience happened. I am especially sorry that christians, myself included, are grouped into such mess. I wish there could be a change that would be instant, but it isn't going to happen just yet.

Had you of been there, you would have seen how things went, and probably would have a new outlook as to what it is I am talking about.

I personally don't admonish every christian out there. That would mean I would be admonishing myself and my beliefs. I would have liked to have seen a better outcome. Even better, I would have loved to of seen every staff member want to at least find out why these Christians are thrilled to be Christians, and always happy no matter the situation. It didn't happen.

This story was shared to show the damge done by a group that say they are one thing and their actions show another, eventually making many have a great disdain for the group. That was and is the purpose for this. While I appreciate your input as to what others who were affected to do, I just wanted to get the word out.

Actions do speak louder than words. All parties have a guilt in this. Where did it start at though?
