The version I have (picked up on Ebay) is quite old, but the translation that has often been recommended to me is the one by Kavanaugh and Rodrigues:

EDIT: Ultimately with St. Teresa's works (as with St. John of the Cross), I think translations don't matter. If you get it, you'll get it with most translations; if you don't you won't no matter how good the translation 🙂
