What are you in about?

So you associate people working with people needing a safety net? Seems odd.
Not exactly. I associate "He that doesn't work shouldn't eat" with the concept of a safety net.

And I associate the problem of infrahuman wages and economic insecurity with hundreds and hundreds of millions of working people around the world.

And that would be where the safety net conversation might come in etc. And maybe a spiritual angle.

Different people think about different things when it comes to Labour Day.

What’s “infrahuman” mean? Was that a typo?

No it was not a typo. Oh well. Maybe you will never ever know what "infrahuman wages" means.

Yes, I wonder how I could possibly find out.

Don’t think so. You should listen to Miss Alawat, tiger. She is an expert on English grammar.

Easy there, tiger. Don’t bring out the big guns so early. You’ve got a lot of pints to go.

So then, according to robbie carrobie, I guess that makes you the brother of lies? 😛

What are the moral considerations and implications of people like teachers going on strike for better pay and conditions?
