Islam, Iranian version anyway, no women education allowed

The Iranian top dog reiterated the stance women don't get education past the sixth grade.
What kind of nonsense is that? Like Iran has it so good right now, inflation up the roof, and such and women are not allowed to be educated?
Not only that but any woman who formerly DID get an education now has her title ripped away, whether historian expert, a doctor, a scientists, now they are summarily fired since those in power KNOW they don't need or want women in any kind of powerful roll.

So say there is a medical emergency, a volcano goes off, a hurricane hits, or a tsunami, whatever, and hospitals are swamped with hundreds and hundreds of new patients dying for lack of medical help and now only half the the human race and be doctors when there could be twice as many to help out in those situations, battlefield wounds, whatever, now they have cut off half the population of those who could help.
How can they justify that as a law given out by god himself?
How can such a population actually believe that BS?

So a dude has a Phd in some field or an MD and years being in his field, and he has children who are also exceptionally intelligent, but one of those ten year old kids is a girl with an IQ of 170 and could be anything she wished to be, doctor, astronomer, lawyer, physicist, any damn thing she wants but how does the father rationalize ok, my son, we are going to send you to this school specializing in those gifted intellectually like you but my dear daughter, that is out of the question for you BECAUSE you are female and I KNOW you also have an IQ of 170 maybe even more but we can't allow YOU to be educated BECAUSE you are a girl, but we have a GREAT dude whom you can be married to, we have seen you will be a GREAT wife for him.

So how can they say that rule came from god?

Others here think that is ok? Who the hell are they? Wait, let me guess.....
But that aside I would LOVE to see an actual Muslim defend not allowing women to be educated.
And BTW it is not just Iran with these disgusting ideas about suppression of women, in Saudi Arabia it is just recently women were allowed to actually drive cars, because they LOVE women SO much.

There is a difference in muslims in the US who don't push female suppression, though if there was a revolution and the US turned full bore Iranian I would not put it past them to go complete reversal of all they have said about the Koran saying there is universal right to knowledge, something listed as just a weak suggestion in Taliban and Iranian version of Islam.


We all know you hate Islam and with good reason but my POV is I want freedom OF religion not freedom FOR religion.
My POV is ALL religions are 100% man made and no deity was involved, whether or not there are in fact such deities at all, I can't claim to be an out and out atheist, it is a noticeably large universe out there and that means there is ROOM for such a deity to exist but that doesn't mean they exist or whatever it would give a rats ass what happens to us humans and in that regard we are on our own and praying for rain or peace is just another wish thrown out to an uncaring universe. It would seem to me if a real Christian deity existed it would have made itself known when we came up with the atomic bomb and then actually used it killing two whole cities in one fell swoop and now literally thousands of bombs a hundred times the power of those firecrackers that took out Nagasaki and Hiroshima, now they could kill every human on the planet and I would think a loving god would not want that to happen but here we are with thousands of super powerful weapons that could destroy a lot more than one small city.


So if there are religions out there made by a real deity, let that deity say so itself
not give us a book written thousands of years ago like that is the real deal.
So Iranians and Taliban saying no to female education is due to one thing and one thing only, PURE unadulterated power and the hatred they feel to women in ANY position of power whether it is a local doctor or a top government official, they are unwanted.

I think maybe they already have but just me saying all religions are man made is not saying I would prefer Christianity to say Hinduism, they ALL have their dark side and have killed, none of them are free from violence.

I didn't say they are all the same, OBVIOUSLY some religions are somewhat less prone to violence but they ALL have violence in their history some more than others, and Christianity and Muslims have the most violence of all the others combined.
