Um, Hate to burst your bubble, but Jesus was ever present in the Hebrew's conception of God. Just not by name. The entire course of the Hebrew's history, up to the point of The Christ's coming (It's a tittle people, not a first name) bespoke the coming of Jesus. Everything that they went through led them along the path of understanding their NEED for a savior. Not a concept they had understanding of before, thanks to the Egyptians.
