Judas Iscariot

i know the belief but i miantain that judas wanted to kill himself but his punishment was to await the second coming. as john was not at the supper and the text says this was the desciple who asked jesus who is going to betray you. and why would any other be a problem to the rest. as we know death will be cast out after so why not before for the one who will strike the christ?.
