    I hate to say it but I sort of agree with you here Whodey.
    I can personally say that if God were to suddenly 'prove' itself to me, I would go out of my way to find an excuse not to believe.
    I'm one of those rare honest atheists.
    I don't disbelieve because of lack of proof.
    I disbelieve because it gives my life a purpose and reality that belief in God would destroy.
    In essence I have to believe there is no God. So if God were tio demonstrate it's existence I would rally against this I'm sure.
