if god wanted a man to marry one woman and be together for life, why did he give the man the ability to procreate anytime and a women a few days each month. this system makes man very similar to alpha male animals who mate with multiple partners in a pack or roam around mating with various females spreading his genes.

so what is the reason god decided to make men 'ready' all the time, when it isnt conducive to a happy relationship and leads to so many couples to split up. im not defending men who stray or relationships that break up due to this, but if god wanted man and woman to be happy why didnt he match their libido's. is this an example of poor design.

In the early days when there were very few people, a man had many wives.

polygamy has nothing to do with how large the population is. it is simply a matter of biology. females are attracted to strong males. strong males get to have more wives and pass on their genes while weak males don't get any .

Well, gay men in the US account for more than half the AIDS cases in the US, so maybe God knew what he was doing for not giving women as high of a sex drive.

And let's face it, if the sex drive of males did not drive them out of their respective minds would they ever mate and have offspring? 😛

I suspect that after the fall of man, a lot of things just got out of wack. Harmonies got disrupted. Self control was damaged and lost to a great degree.

The good design suffered corruption and damage. This is hinted at in God's word that the earth would now bring forth "thorns and thistles" . Natural things, I think, just got out of kilter.

The natural world did not go altogether to pot. But balance and harmony was damaged and things got warped and distorted.

A women's sex drive peaks at about 25.

A man's sex drive peaks at 20, 30, 40, 50, 60, ...

doesnt really answer the question timmy. why not have a mans libido only active when their partners libido is active. that way a couple are synchronized and problems are avoided. thats what intelligent design would do.

the vast majority of male species in the animal world mate with multiple partners to maintain the population. why does man exhibit the same characteristics. to me it shows that we come from the same roots. why would god design man to behave like male animals if he wanted us to act differently. if we have changed because of original sin isnt it a coincidence that we have changed to be exactly like male animals when there is no logical reason for us to be like that.

It's intelligent design Jaywill promotes, not intelligent engineering. There's trouble on the factory floor. As for marketing, it's a total mess. Sales are down.

If women are smart they would not regard a man who cannot be commited to them faithfully as "strong". Such a man who cannot remain faithful to his one wife should be regarded as "weak".
