Maybe not 100%. Im sure there are the gifted out there capable of healing people but those are few and far between. Its too easy for scrupulous people to fool the gullible that they are healers.

Technically you are right about this definition. Doctor A can't figure it out, and minister B ascribes it to a supernatural cause. It's a miracle!
Maybe the definition of "miracle" does need attention.
