1. Depends on your exact definition of suicide. If you include knowingly going into a situation where death is a certainty then yes, Jesus committed suicide.

2. Unless the Bible is wrong, then Jesus died. So yes God can be killed if he allows it. However it might be only a 1/3rd death.
