I perceive it quite well, thank you.

Skin deep. Color blind. Equal. On the one hand. In a perfect world.

On the other hand, in the real world, "democracy in practice" only works under the rule of law, when the citizenry embrace personal responsibility, independence and demonstrate strength of character and virtue.

And how does this declaration by you apply to multiracial democracy in the real world in which you live?

Rapidly fading.

Rapidly fading.
During what years did it shine more brightly?

The years before the paradigm shift.

During what years - before what you call the paradigm shift - did it shine more brightly?

It's "fading".

I wonder, if it "fades" away altogether, it means it will no longer be multiracial.

Will it turn monoracial?

Or is the democracy that is "fading"?

In the U.S. is there a specific link between race and democracy?

Or do different races view democracy in different ways?

In the years before Timothy Leary, when America took a heaping dose of LSD.
