Ivanhoe, I thought you were a priest as well. Your command of Roman Catholic policy and teachings certainly has to be on the level of any priest.

I lack the dignity of a Roman Catholic priest. My anger often takes me to places I do not want to be .... know what I'm saying ?

I just got this vibe. I thought I heard sermons in utero in a
few of your posts. Doctor Scribbles will be razzing me about it for
some time to come.

Nemesio

You deserve it ...... 😛

I assure you that I've met and worked with many priests who make
you seem as tame as a kitten.

Sometimes a little anger can take the congregation where they should be. I don't see anger as having much to do with dignity. Revisit the "Deliver me , Jesus" thread. That's a loss of dignity.

I'm not sure I agree, but perhaps I misunderstand. Could you elaborate?

Dude, you're so over the top it's just unbelievable. You're like Leslie Nielsen's characters in the Naked Gun movies - you say things with a straight face, but people wind up laughing their asses off.

I'm glad you acknowledge and appreciate my entertaining value.

When I say anger I am thinking along the lines of a prophetic challenge to a congregation to move beyond complacency. Non-violent civil disobedience is a creative use of anger.

RBHILL thinks I am a Roman Catholic.

You think I am a Deist (or the last time you took a public stab at it).

Darfius lumped me with the atheists a while ago (although I was
kind enough to steer him from this).

Ivanhoe, you need to find another hobby other than worrying what
religious tradition I practice. How about studying Christianity and
being better at that?

Keep the faith, Nemesio , whatever it is , and you know what ? you got the right idea,
