I sometimes feel like my laptop can be hacked, smart computer people can rape into my files and I have absolutely no control over it etc...(Not that I have anything to hide)

Why don't you invest in a good fire wall or spy war?
Some have free demos for about a month before they ask you to pay or discontinue.

My laptop got bugged once. Crashed the whole thing and lost all the memory. You have a right to be paraod about it.
