The amount of wrong info in that link is astonishing. The Gates Foundation has contributed with less than 1 million dollars so far and the bulk of the cost has been a UN fund and the Norwegian government.

As of 2001, NASA scientists have publicly admitted that both the Pioneer 10 and 11 spacecrafts are 'suddenly' and 'mysteriously' being pulled out of their (normal) trajectories by some 'unknown' gravitational force. (You can bet that someone at NASA knows 'exactly' why these two spacecraft are being pulled off course -- because they know it's the gravitational effects of the approaching Planet-X.)
