How about some positive thoughts to lift our spirits? We can have a read when we feel negative.

I'll go first.

Everything that doesn't kill us makes us stronger!

I never make mistakes, I just find ways that won't work.

Never forget that the vast majority of people are really nice and want to be friendly with the people around them.

If at first you don't succeed...well, so much for skydiving.

We the unwilling, led by the unknowing, have been trying to do the impossible for the ungrateful. We have now be doing so much, for so long, with so little, that we are qualified to do anything with nothing...

The only things in life you really regret (when you are old) are the things you didn't do, but wanted to. You can grow from your mistakes, and put them down to experience.
