OK, I'll give this a try. If I was babysittin this here youngin, I'd give her a 1 and send her to her room for time-out. Now if I had a bill collector calling me, I'd put her on the phone and she would be a 10 and I would reward her with some candy.

Also, she might make a good ringtone on a phone.

I've heard a few things from Manning before. He's still a Hillery supporter though. I can't imagine what he would be saying about Clinton if he were a Obama supporter. I give him an 8 for fire and directness.
