No, I don't think he was provoked. Not at all. I think Romans1009 was already a cyber creep when he arrived here. He was already flaunting his online disinhibition and his explicit intent to "insult and ridicule" was stated publicly before we got midway through March. No, I don't think he was "provoked" at all.
