    The most extensive survey on (US) religion I can find is at:

    Where they have a number of survey questions and a breakdown of responses by faith. Nothing so specific as "last days" but beliefs about heaven, homosexuality, military involvement, the state of the world, etc. are explored and can be found by scrolling or search. You can at least compare your beliefs to the results to see how they stack up.
