    - With Adam and Eve who did not follow Gods commandments and he threw them out
    - With Abraham who was obedient to God and was described as a friend of God
    - King Saul .. disobedient . bad relationship with God
    - With Satan who was disobedient and will eventually face eternal torment

So going back to how this started, you said
rajk ... may try to follow most of Christ’s commandments, but
it’s much more important, now and for eternity,
to have a relationship with Him
    .

So what kind of relationship are you talking about,
Apparently it has nothing to do with following the commandments

So what exactly does this relationship entail ?

    Behold, I set before you this day a blessing and a curse;
A blessing, if ye obey the commandments of the LORD your God,
which I command you this day:
And a curse, if ye will not obey the commandments of the LORD your God,
    (Deuteronomy 11:26-28 KJV)

Abraham was not obedient to God in all instances. In quite a few, he did the opposite of what God told him. David also was also not always obedient to God and sinned against Him grievously at times, and yet God described David as a man after His (God’s) own heart.

Your obsession with performance and judging people - and thinking God is similarly obsessed - is causing you to miss out on God’s love and mercy while you are on earth.

    Get smart!

Its the same story all over again
Im going with what the Bible says pal.
You are going with what your pastor says

    Read why God blessed Abraham
[i]And I will make thy seed to multiply as the stars of heaven, and will give unto thy seed all these countries; and in thy seed shall all the nations of the earth be blessed; Because that Abraham obeyed my voice, and kept my charge, my commandments, my statutes, and my laws. (Genesis 26:4-5 KJV)

Hey .. you stay smart like the pastor
I will stay stupid like the sheep of Christ.

Ok Tiger ? Let me know if what more of what the Bible says about obedience and disobedience. You need a lot of bible teachings lol 😀

If you knew the Bible, you’d know that Abraham disobeyed God in fathering a child with his maid Hagar, that he disobeyed God by bringing his family with him to a strange country, that he sinned in telling Pharaoh and King Abimelech his wife Sarah was actually his sister and so forth.

More nonsense that is not in the bible.

The fact remains God blessed Ahraham because he was obedient to his commandments. .. stated clearly in the bible.

Maybe you think God was wrong.

So Abraham did not say his wife Sarah was his sister so other men would sleep with her without harming him? Abraham did not Father a child with Hagar? Abraham did not bring his family with him to a strange country when God told him to leave his kindred behind?

You have references showing that he was disobedient to God?

You are failing to see what God is saying and placing what the pastor, or website or some other earthly source says, above what God says.

God says that these people were righteous, some perfect.
Clearly God has judged them to be so.
'Why are you arguing with God.
What a damn fool you are.

Read Genesis, amigo. You want everything spoon-fed to you. I might be willing to continue doing that if you weren’t spewing hate and condemning people all the time.

Do you need someone’s permission to read the Bible? Genesis is only 50 chapters and some are pretty short. You’ll find everything I wrote concerning Abraham in the 20s somewhere.

Trying to discredit Abraham? Here this one is for you:

And I will bless them that bless thee, and curse him that curseth thee: and in thee shall all families of the earth be blessed. (Genesis 12:3 KJV)

    You are a cursed soul...

Just read Genesis, amigo. Tell me if what I wrote is true or not based on the Bible.

Do you need permission from the JW to read the Bible on your own?

You have so much hate for church, pastors and people who go to church and read the Bible. Where does all that hate come from?

    Ponder these verses, amigo:

“We know that we have passed from death unto life, because we love the brethren. He that loveth not his brother abideth in death.

Whosoever hateth his brother is a murderer: and ye know that no murderer hath eternal life abiding in him.”

    (1 John 3:14-15)
