This is a good thing for religious freedom, right, and for religious people who want to create organizations guided by the principles of their faith, yes?

It should be pointed out that six of those nine judges are Catholic.
I don't understand this ruling. Can a church legally discriminate against women the way they ruled you can with gay couples? Can they reference Biblical texts where women are suppose to "stay silent" and aren't allowed to teach?

How should Catholics express their views and their bottom lines?
But when it comes to offering public services, you can't discriminate based on sexual orientation, just like you can't discriminate based on race.
