I think the world would be a better, more enlightened, and peaceful place if everyone drank 3-5 cups of tea everyday...Yoga (Both Hatha and Raja) is very good too!

Do you have any good reason for that belief? How does tea result in peace and enlightenment?

Tea refreshes and calms one down. Peace and elightenment flow from this state of mind like a river...😏

I believe that a lot of world leaders drink tea quite regularly yet still get engaged in wars.
