Replace it with teaching what is known in science instead of what is speculated. They can continue to teach natural selection and the programs in DNA that makes each creature what it is and leave all the speculation about what might have happened out of the classroom.

Speculation on creation and evolution should be covered in classes on philosophy and religion, not science.
