James 4:7 "Submit yourself to God. Resist the Devil, and he WILL flee from you." Do you see the key here? The key is to submit yourself to God. After all, if you do not do so then you are fighting the Devil on your own power, no? In such a scenerio I do not favor your chances.

i dont know about scriptures, but i've found if you dont believe there is a devil not much really happens in the way of the temptation
