Countering with another false religion. How telling.

Universal truths extend beyond religon. They are common sense human values that may or may not be religous.
I stand by peace and tolerance toward my fellow man. I will never "bless" a war like the pope and other christian priests have done.

Also I am countering with an EXAMPLE from another religon. It may have been a non-religous example.

Act 5:34-39 Then stood there up one in the council, a Pharisee, named Gamaliel, a doctor of the law, had in reputation among all the people, and commanded to put the apostles forth a little space; And said unto them, Ye men of Israel, take heed to ...[text shortened]... it be of God, ye cannot overthrow it; lest haply ye be found even to fight against God.
I finally get the gist of the op.

Says ,"Be afraid. Be very ,very afraid unless you go along with our external source of authority.
You own authority is nought."

How did I go , Rajk?

Sounds about right. ..

2 Thes 1:7-9 .. the Lord Jesus shall be revealed from heaven with his mighty angels, In flaming fire taking vengeance on them that know not God, and that obey not the gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ: Who shall be punished with everlasting destruction from the presence of the Lord, and from the glory of his power.

I've been thinking about this all night. Well not all night...
I've come to the conclusion that Jesus would Not have said 'you only come to the father through me'.
Maybe "you only come to the father through my example" or something like that ....

That is a possibility, and its the reason why I dont go around condemning Hindus and Muslims or say that they cannot get salvation. Christ died for all of mankind and the gift of grace applies to all. Who gets salvation is up to Christ.

In Romans 2:10-15, there are some verses which Christians cannot properly explain and which they prefer to ignore. Basically it says that those without law who do the will of God can get salvation .. thats my interpretation anyhow.

What is your problem with Jesus? Why do you hate Him and
everything He stands for?

I like JC. I like his message.
I think christians as bothersome at best.
And I dont think of all christians the same way, but judging by your posting history,well.. you strike as a bothersome christian.

Was JC a christian? Was buddha a buddhist? ..etc.
