    Do you have any reason to believe that your opinion is valid?

    Would 'I don't know' perhaps be more economical and truthful?

    Show me one who *knows*.
    Perhaps we all are not more than simulation in a mighty computer.

    yes;

    I first reason that the existential claim that there exists a god has a vanishingly small probability of being true (just like and for the same reason for all such existential claims that have no premise). So, therefore, I assume there is no god, -so, therefore, I deduce from this premise that only people wrote the Bible and no god was involved because if there is no god then, obviously, only people could have made those words -who else?

    ……Would 'I don't know' perhaps be more economical and truthful?..…

    no -because that would be a lie and i don't like telling lies.

    If that were the case, would the scriptures be a built-in part of the program?

    That does seem likely. However, that doesn't explain where the words came from or why they came at all.

    what do you mean?
    the words came from peoples minds and peoples lips -I don’t see how I can elaborate on that for I don’t see what there is to elaborate on.

    Well, perhaps you're a messenger from the programmer -- how could I tell?

    Incidentally the idea of the universe being a computer program predates computers.

    Why would a "god" pull such a stunt? (the stunt of creating a universe with scriptures)

    If that is your question then I would say the answer is no reason we can rationally know.

    Are there other pathways to knowledge than reason?
