Answer # 1: Of course it wouldn't.

It would be like us setting up a system in an ant farm and following the morality of individual ants and rewarding them or condemning them on how they treated their fellow ants.

Just a tiny bit on the unlikely side.

Of course that doesn't stop theists from conjuring up all kinds of fake attributes like

"I am a jealous god'. Right. Think about that. A god with infinite powers JEALOUS if some human or other decided to worship a tree instead of it.
