"I am a God who is everywhere and not in one place only...' (Jeremiah 23).

Could you be a little more careful about your references? Jeremiah chapter 23? Or Jeremiah verse 23? or what?

    Good News Translation?
23 "I am a God who is everywhere and not in one place only.

    Jeremiah 23:23 - GNT.

The '...' was for your benefit sonship.

I'm perfectly content with the reference i provided.

I noticed that this time you used the ellipses.
And I made no comment about that.

I made a comment about paraphrase and more literal renderings.

    Okay.
I didn't say it was wrong.

    Sometimes though, paraphrase is wrong.
Ie. "Put on the new self" verses "Put on the new man".

"spirit, soul and body" verses "spirit and soul and body"

As a non-believer, the nuances of the different translations means very little to me. Sorry.

It's been interesting to follow the dispute between Suzianne and Dive regarding what the trinity actually is.

Trinity and Godhead seem exactly the same.
The former is (one) explanation of the latter which is mearly a noun for the collective essence of God.

Do you think your phrase "the collective essence of God" is completely free from misunderstanding by some?

You had one "essence" speaking to, obeying, living unto, another "essence".

You had one "essence" as the sender and the other "essence" as the one sent.

We have one "essence" PRAYING TO the other "essence".

We have one "essence" LOVING the other "essence".

Is your " the collective essence of God" that much better then "three distinct but not separate Persons" ?

Show me the “one essence loving the other essence” biblical reference? I sense this is another error by you.
