These two simple questions are specifically raised for and aimed at @KellyJay. But of course anyone can chip in with their opinion.

These questions are fundamental to helping readers understand the level of credence, reverence and accuracy with which a reader should apply to the Bible.

    Question 1
Is biblical scripture to be read and accepted as though it is al ...[text shortened]... he exclusive word of God?
I.e. it is the only written source of God inspired text.
    yes or no?
    No.... and no.

I think that some of the Bible is truthful, but man has put his own personal opinion in there, based on personal desires.

The Council of Nicea is a great starting point of debate.

(Despite what is truthful, men pursue their own desires, at all costs)

Isn't it curious that while Jesus was performing healing miracles, that His death was being plotted by Pharisees.

The desire for human power will override what is right in front of your eyes.

What makes you say "Jesus was performing healing miracles"?

    Not sure what you mean?
The healing miracles by Jesus are all over the New Testament.

So, because of that, you believe they definitely happened?

I guess it comes down to the point of the OP, what do you believe is actually true in the Bible?

The scriptures teach us about God, man, the world, flesh, and the devil so it is not
just the Word of God but truth in general about many topics as it covers a variety of
subjects in a variety of ways from historic, through narratives, poems, parables, and
so on, the predictions all play a part in telling us about our Savior Christ the Lord,
our Creator, and how we are to live our lives, unto God and each other not on just
    ourselves.

Is it (the bible) the infallible, complete and exclusive word of God?
