Sudden tragic times for a friend.

from an unexpected source

a weird question came up for dive in another post : "would he give up his place in heaven for another?"
I believe his answer was that he would for a family member.(this question was for (divegeester)

It got me thinking (except for the theological differences), isn't this proposal similar to a version of Bhoddhisatvahood? (excuse spelling)
