Were Heracles and Samson the same man?

Both are said to have lived in the eastern Mediterranean around 1200 BCE

Both qualify as legends ... One Greek, one Hebrew ... Heracles was famously stupid, though - not sure if Samson was too, although the woman tricked him easy ...
