    Makes very much sense.

Different religions can very well be functional side by side in a community. Different religion doesn't automatically mean war nor conflicts. Only if someone use religion for political reasons to start and escalate a conflict.

Religion is lens for our hopes and fears, it provides a scene of clarity for some people which, once sufficiently established, is subsequently difficult for the individual to relinquish. Christianity and Islam are differenciated not just by their religious dogma but also how the followers are influenced through secular social norms.

Theocracies are never good. Then it doesn't matter if it is a christian or a moslem or a jew theocracy or anything else. Theocracies is always bad.
