It involves GOD's wood and getting nailed.

1)A Christian is a follower of Jesus Christ.

What does one have to do to be one?
    2)Adhere to His teachings.

I'm sure you knew this... 😴

    Christianity:
    Its not a religion,
    its a lifestyle,
    a relationship with Jesus Christ.

I don't know for sure, but someone once told me where Christians came up with the word.

    Col 1:27
27 To them God willed to make known what are the riches of the glory of this mystery among the Gentiles: which is Christ in you, the hope of glory.
    (NKJ)

The early church saints were always going around saying, "It's Christ in you" and the saying apparently stuck.
It's Christ in you, Christ in you Christ ian
    No, I have no evidence.......

    What is a Christian.

Someone who believes Jesus Christ died on the cross for the sins of mankind.

What does one have to do to be one?

    Suspend all rational thought.

So if you believe this and yet have not accepted Christ you are a Christian?

    Suspend all rational thought.

Rational thought is something you receive after having accepted Christ...

'Accepted' Christ? If you believe he 'died' for your 'sins', then you have 'accepted' him.

I can think of no other way to 'splain it, Lucy.

There is more to Christianity than believing that Christ died for the sins of mankind.

I just thought I had to make that clear.

Most of us already know that. That's why we chastise you for refusing to follow Christ, about whom it is said, "he did all things well."

I think Jesus dyed for our sins. He had a bleach accident and hid away for the Easter weekend. Probably trying to avoid the traffic.

For sure he didn't die on the cross, check the bible, they
put healing herbs on him not embalming fluids, they expected him
to survive which he did and then split for India. There is a lot of
evidence of this that I am sure you would deny to your dying day
but its the most logical explaination.
