what is the point of living for an eternity in some

what is the point of living for an eternity in some "heaven" ?

to be aware, if at all, of time, and to live eternally, would seem to be a hell to me.

so i guess "heaven" is timeless ?

if "heaven" is without time then there can be no chance for looking forward to something or to remember some things. does this mean your identity has been so altered that you are no longer yourself but something else ?

do we go to "heaven" to be not ourselves and not with those with whom we have known ?

to not remember or to look forward to something if there is no time ?

The point of the whole idea of "an eternity in some Heaven" and the point of the idea of "an eternity in Hell" both end when we die. They serve a psychological purpose for those who believe they are real and they have played a role in shaping how humans have organized their societies down through history.

And, probably more in-their-faces for believers, making sense of life while it is being lived.
