jesus was born a man but became enlightened but died a man.

we live many lives as we progress back to enlightment.

an agnostic view of evil as an independent force in the universe.

selfishness is the primary barrier to human happiness.

the universe is eternal.

In the morning you may have these toughts. But by the time evening comes you may want to shift and get some new thoughts.

That is because that is just what they are, simply philosophical thoughts. They do not bring the peace into your heart of knowing the living Person of Jesus.

I broke through from this futility the night I realized that it was a Person I needed and not another philosophy.

It was a living Person I needed and not another religion.

These thoughts will not offer you the deep peace as the inner presence of the Spirit of Christ. He surpasses every man's understanding. And the peace of having been reconciled to God, forgiven, justified in His redeeming work, gives the peace which no philosophy will ever give you.

Its the living Person Who rose from the dead and is available - "...the last Adam became a life giving Spirit" (1 Cor. 15:45)

The living Person of Jesus is AVAILABLE today. Christ is approachable, knowable, tastable, and able to be experienced and fellowshipped with today.

You'll never know real peace until you receive this Jesus. You'll be like the shifting waves of the sea - one philosophy at morning and another at night endlessly, restlessly.

But you can settle it all today by opening up and calling on the name of Jesus for the cleansing of your sins and the imparation of the Holy Spirit.

Purification is the first step.

Just don't forget to wash your underarms.

it is actually unitarianism, a very liberal protestant religion with a dose of karma laced in for variety.

Well in Buddhism it's pain and selfishness that we try to escape. Ultimate goal is to achieve Nirvana. If I were not a Christian I would be a Buddhist.

Unitarians pray to "To Whom It May Concern".

Is that it? He died? What about when He rose again? There is more to it than just ending with "but died a man."

What are your thoughts?

I dont think its that important , (that he rose again). His message was in his simple.everyday life- not in his spernatural deeds. Miracles show the general populaces lack of faith.

Jesus did say this adulterous generation ask for signs but they will only be given the sign of Jonah. Also even the dead were raised but some will never believe.
