Hell, everyone gets what they deserve, sin against an Eternal, Holy, Righteous God, then the punishment will be delivered in Hell, no more or less than what you deserve. Heaven, there will be some in there who lived much worse in Hell, yet they are in Heaven. Is that fair, no, but it is righteous, because those who accepted God’s grace won for us by Jesus Christ received the righteousness of God, qualifying them to be adopted into God’s family.
So hell is where we go to get what we deserve, and Heaven is where we go so God gets what He deserves.
@KellyJay saidMy neighbour, an elderly little lady (and also an atheist) is a kind soul who volunteers as a befriender. The fact your reasoning would not only condemn her to hell but gleefully announce that she deserves to be there (because of her disbelief in God) is quite frankly repellent and a million miles away from anything godly.

And if your God requires such suffering to validate his own needy righteousness then you are welcome to him.
@Ghost-of-a-Duke saidAbsolutely everyone has sinned and fallen short of the glory of God without exception, and in hell justice will be dealt out for each sin, as we all have sinned throughout our whole lives that will be the reason for hell. Rejecting the salvation God offers because all of us are condemned already, that is on us.

Only sinners end up in hell, for the evil they have done.
@KellyJay saidThankfully there is no such place as hell (or heaven).

That's fair.
@Ghost-of-a-Duke saidAll have sinned and fallen short of the glory of God. This means bad things never happen to good people except one time, and Jesus volunteered to quote R.C. Sproul. There are no good people; all of us have sinned, all of us have fallen short of God’s righteousness. The human race is condemned already, and salvation is God trying to save as many as want to be saved, by taking our guilt, and giving us His righteousness.
Thankfully there is no such place as hell (or heaven).
That's fair.
Your declaration about heaven and hell is your opinion. Are you sure? If so, why?
@KellyJay saidAs is yours. (And unsupported to boot).
Your declaration about heaven and hell is your opinion.
@Ghost-of-a-Duke saidNo, from what we know of human history, Biblical history, the truths in scripture support what I said. You got, you think some old lady should not answer for her sins but everyone else, or maybe a select few shouldn’t either as well in your opinion.
As is yours. (And unsupported to boot).
