Caliph Ibrahim is a new title for ISIS leader, Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi, whose real name is Ibrahim Awwad Ibrahim Ali al-Badri al-Samarrai. After ISIS declared the caliphate, which orders all jihadist groups and Muslims to swear allegiance to the Islamic State and governs under Shariah law, al-Baghdadi also became known as Caliph Ibrahim.

Israel is in the middle of the area called the Levant. I have heard that by Obama using the term ISIL, he is acknowledging that Israel is NOT a sovereign state but part of the Levant territory that is part the territorial goal of these Islamic terrorists to consume in their Islamic State.
