You are obviously allowed to pretend that you have answered a question before if in fact you haven't and provide no evidence to support your claim if you want to dodge an inconvenient question. Who is going to stop you?

No one can stop you doing what you do. No one can stop me doing what I do. I can stop answering questions that I think I have already addressed. And you can stop asking me what I have claimed are already-asked questions if you want to. Or you can just keep asking them again and again and again. Like you say: who is going to stop you? Ultimately it will be you who decides to stop.

Indeed if I feel you are dodging a question I will continue to ask it. No one is going to stop you from dodging it.

If it's question I haven't already addressed, I will answer it ~ just like I have done maybe thousands of times (certainly many hundreds of times) over the last 15 months.

Fortunately for you it is impossible for anyone to falsify any of your claims, because it is impossible to prove that you haven't been asked a question before if you make that claim.

I am not trying to prove to you - or to anyone - that you are a poster who ignores what people post and asks about the same things over and over again. It's enough for me to be sure of it to my own satisfaction and respond to you in the best way I see fit.
