I live on the west coast but have been amazed at how the Detroit Lions manage to finish in the bottom half of the NFL standings 90+% of the time, as a result get high draft choices every year, and STILL manage to finish in the bottom half decade after decade. What's wrong with this franchise? Are they born to lose? 😵

@shallow-blue saidHow many years of hurt now?
Of course the Lions were born to lose. They're the English men's football team, after all!

@trev33 said48. We should've won - Jansen never touched Hölzenbein. And don't get me started on the blatantly corrupt referee in the 1978 final.
How many years of hurt now?
Oh, you mean English years of hurt? Eight more than that, and it should've been 92 because in 1966, it was the Germans who were robbed.
@shallow-blue saidLionesses at Wembley tomorrow night against the USWNT. Should be a cracker.
It's already come home, but with the Lionesses, not the Lions. English women have bigger balls than their men.
65K tickets sold on the first day. Might get 87K - we will see.
@shallow-blue saidYou are right here. netherland should have been world champion twice...

@chaney3 saidPackers have no confidence, easy to say Rodgers and brady should have retired already.
Lions beat the Packers today. Ouch.
Packers are now 3 and 6.
