    Anyone bothered?

I can't believe they messed with my Tuesday night TV (moving The Apprentice?) schedule in order to accomodate another meaningless friendly.

    England 1-0 USA....

Is it little wonder the English underachieve so much, given the attitude of the fans?

    What a travesty.

If the US is ever going to compete against the top teams in the world that can't keep losing to second-rate teams like England.

They've only underachieved with McClaren, to be fair. Quarter-finals are about right for England's quality (5th-8th best), in my opinion.

I hope that's a wind up comment Rag?

England's fans are amongst the most fervent in the World, along with the Dutch and Brazilian supporters.

I think he's referring more to the general negativity and over-expectations from the fans and the media.
