I thought I was continuing the joke. I probably post more BS on this site than anyone else. For me to tell someone to stop being nasty is the ultimate joke. If I was having a go at you I would have mentioned Hansie Cronje the ex SA cricket captain and convicted match fixer who was banned for life from playing cricket. However I will not mention him as I know this is only a friendly bit of banter.

The big fella would be Brendan McCullum the wicketkeeper Batsman. He's pretty not crap but has a problem with a back spasm. If reminds me of Mark Greatbatch some time back.. lots of potential lack of patience.

What the hell's going on with the Kiwis? What I'm referring to is why is Shane Bond and Hamish Marshall (and possibly 1 other that I can't think of now) playing in that 20-20 crap over there in India?? Bond is a definite starter for NZ and I'd have thought Marshall would be in the mix. Craig McMillian is over there too! (..but going by the shape he's in, he's probably retired) Surely playing for your country in TEST cricket beats 20-20 rubbish any day!

The Australia / South Africa series should be a terrific series - much more even now with an Australian team struggling to adapt to the post Warne/McGrath/Gilchrist era - and every half-test-worthy spinner injured. Surely this is the time where South Africa takes advantage - if they can't beat us now, they never will!

LOL, yeah, our test side is looking pretty good at the moment and if you guys don't have a decent spinner you might actually be in trouble, as we're STILL struggling to play spin!
We're definitely missing Pollock, not so much Gibbs, but we have a young(ish) team doing a little bit of team-building. Still, I think we have a more set side than you guys at the moment.


Kallis is due some BIG runs and if he gets stuck in and our pace attack clicks, we could clobber you guys this year.

Its all money.. we had an exodus to the India Pro League. Bond is always injured and is totally unreliable to finish a game. He's awesome but has had very little cricket.
Bracewell was a hot head player but has really let the team slide.. thank goodness he;s now out.

Jacob Oram is back from injury Gillespie is to spear the quicks. Young Southee is to get a spell he's out after doing so well at Brisbane.

Changes in the right direction.. pleased to see it happen.
