Patriots were able to defeat undefeateded Dallas to become the FIRST NFL team this year to a 6 and 0 record. The Colts were unable to win today, having decided not to run the risk of losing a game and taking the day off setting their vacation flag.

    Go Pats!

Meanwhile St. Louis slumps to 0-6. They never told me that they planned on making an AMAZING "comeback" to make the playoffs and then win the SB. I suppose that the Rams intend to go ahead and start to win 10 games and amaze the world. Man, it woulda made me feel a bit more comfortable if they just went for it rather than trying to amaze people with a 10 game "comeback." !!

The Patriots looked very, very, good.

It's nice that they gave Sox fans something to cheer about.

I had plenty to cheer about before I fell asleep at 1am in game 2 ALCS.

I'll have more to cheer about tonight.

I wanted the Sox or Indians to get a big lead around 11 so I could safely go to bed. I gave up on the game at 1am and had to get up 5 hours later.

So the moral to this thread is... it's not where you start that matters it's where you finish. Dallas wants a rematch. πŸ™‚

New England will be glad to give Dallas a rematch. The Patriots will be waiting at the University of Phoenix Stadium on Februrary 3, 2008.
