Poor Rangers...needed just a draw against Lyon but blew it and lost 0-3 at home becoming the only UK team not to qualify for the round of 16.

Not unfrotunate in any way at all. They had more of the game than Lyon, but couldn't create chances. Sloppy defending left them a goal down, then Darshville missed a sitter from 6 yards out to level it and most likley earn the draw that would see them through.

2 late goals just compounded Rangers' misery.

They'll learn from this and come back stronger next season.

The Rangers will always suck until they finally spend for some pitching.
