Did you read the very first line of my post, shorts?

    No, you didn't.

My interpretation of your first sentence was that you believed athletes shouldn't be allowed
    to interfere with "real" students.

    I took exception to that.

Well then, in that point in time you were "dumb as a stump" to quote a certain student athlete.

No, it is you that missed the mark.

Re-read the quote he was responding to, and then read his first line.

I am quite content in the fact that I am not dumb as a stump.

The part he was quoting is exactly the reason I knew he was talking about "rich daddy" students.

I agree, there are some who are dumb as a stump.
Got news for you though, there are some party animals who attend because of daddy's money.
They aren't athletes, but they make the same mockery you speak of.

This is the part he quoted from your post.

Yup, and I think they should not be allowed to interfere with the real students, either.

This is the first line of his reply.

The subject of the quote is the rich daddy students. He already stated he doesn't want dumb athletes interfering with real students in his previous post so it wouldn't make sense for him to say "either" would it?

Thank heavens for people who read with their brain in gear.

Too bad some of the writers have their head where the sun doesn't shine.
