Yup! A great win in a really exciting Test match that ebbed and flowed - and ultimately could have gone either way. Certainly, Smith made the win possible with that innings - the first century in a fourth innings at Edgbaston BTW - and overshadowing Flintoff's own individual heroics. Also, it's SA's first series win in England since 1965

Well done to the boys. This team can go places!

What is up with the best all rounder in cricket history though? Kallis seems to be struggling a bit.

Are you saying Kallis is the best allrounder in cricketing history? If so, then I don't think anyone will take you seriously, atleast as far as cricketing knowledge is concern.

He is obviously the best, right up there with Sir Garfield Sobers.

No-one else in history have come close to Kallis and Sobers...

The statistics say you're wrong, take your emotional hunkering to the days of old to the pub. Here in this forum we'll look at the figures, and they spell it out: Sobers and Kallis are in a class of their own.

I note the English captain just fell on his sword and the news report says Kevin Pieterson will be named the next captain.
Great day for South African cricket.

God, the English can be so melodramatic.

The English can keep Pietersen, he's is just about obnoxious enough to fit in perfectly in their team.

Sometimes it makes the rest of the countries think you guys should play under the United Nations flag.

I'd mock the Limeys for that, but our own most important player was born in Port Elizabeth...
If you want to take the piss out of a cricket team, take the Jocks. They just lost to us. Again.
